Steps you can - and should - take now will be vital to giving you the best chance of dying on your own terms.
Learn and share information about end of life preparation and how to ensure your choices and autonomy are respected by health professionals and family.
Each meeting will focus on specific topics or guest speakers.
This group will meet monthly on the first Saturday of the month.
