About this event
Zoom Video Session
A 45 minute practice including some standing poses, some seated poses and some poses using a regular (folding chair or straight back chair) as a prop. Class will include a short bit of meditation and breath work.
GNPS member Barbara Kaminsky will share her knowledge of yoga to lead us thru a once a week chair yoga session.
Please register for each session so you will receive reminders
with the Zoom information each week.
