Good Neighbors of Park Slope is an all-volunteer, member-driven organization. All events and activities come from YOU, the members. Please check Activities Overview page of our website to sign up to be put on MAILING LISTS for specific interests.
If you would like to help create a group/activity/event,
please contact andi.gnps@gmail.com and we can help make it happen. 

Groups only happen if members initiate!

Please be sure you REGISTER on the Calendar for the activities/events you want to attend
and that if your plans change you CANCEL your registration.
Events may be cancelled if there are not enough people registered
(especially in January and February).

Do you love to knit and would you like to put your skills to good use?
We are starting a NEW knitting group that will meet ONCE A MONTH to
discuss and plan knitting/crocheting projects that will be useful to others
who need what you can make.

CAROLE TURBIN'S "Souvenir" combines vivid writing, photographs, and art to tell the
arresting story of growing up in Queens, New York, in the1940s and '50s
with a distant mother and a mercurial father
who sold souvenirs of New York to retail shops in Times Square and Chinatown.

This new show will be up for 12 weeks, 1/15 - 4/7/20.
Please come to support our artists!
No movie ticket is needed.
Just take the elevator to the Mezzanine level
and walk up the steps to the balcony,
daily from 4:00 PM on.

   CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP
Are you helping to care for a partner, parent or other relative with medical problems?  
Would you appreciate helpful information, specific resources, concern, and under
standing from neighbors in the same difficult situation?  Openings are available in well-established GNPS Caregivers Group.  This is where you can talk openly about your own
needs and feelings, too.  Meets on alternate Wednesdays at 9:15am.
