The presenter, Leonard Rodberg, PhD, co-chair of the Policy Research Work/Study Group of the
NY Chapter of Physicians for a National Health Plan,
will give an overview of Senator Bernie Sanders' Medicare for All bill,
clarify myths and realities, and discuss controversies. 
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

 Joan Altman, GNPS member and RN will give us 
information on what sleep is
and why it's important.  REM and non-REM sleep are defined and explained. 
How much sleep we need along with actions to take to minimize sleep disruptions
are examined together with sleep disorders and what to do about them. 
Tips to get a good night’s sleep are reviewed.
