Did you know that we stop building bone before the age of 30 and after that age, our bone density decreases no matter how much exercise, calcium and vitamin D we take in?
Did you know that men are also at risk for osteoporosis? 50% of women over 65 and 25% of men over 65 will have a “fragility fracture” (a fracture caused by weak bones) during their lifetime.
Did you know that due to people’s worries about taking some of the drugs for osteoporosis, fractures in adults over 65 have increased?
