Mindful Meditation Afternoon Meditation Group to meet twice a month Please join GNPS member, Linda Nagel, as she shares her knowledge of mediation techniques.
Mindfulness meditation can help us relate more openly and calmly with the inner and outer challenges and opportunities in our lives. Each session will begin with a brief check-in, followed by a reading about meditation, mindfulness, or Buddhism. We will meditate for 20-30 minutes, with some guidance, followed by a brief discussion and wrap-up.
Beginner and experienced meditators are welcome. Dress comfortably. Beverages only This group is limited to 8 people and there are openings for a few additional people. Please be sure you are registered if you plan to attend.
