The Reluctant Fundamentalist
by
Mohsin Hamid

We need a minimum of 10 registrants or this event will be cancelled.

The Reluctant Fundamentalist is a riveting, brilliantly unsettling exploration of the shadowy, unexpected connections between the political and the personal. It is a post 9/11 story about the impact of the Al Qaeda attacks on one Pakistani man and his treatment by Americans in reaction to them. There was a film in 2012 based on the book.

Meeting will be led by GNPS member, Arlynn Brody.
Mrs Brody currently is with the Institute of Retired Professionals through the New School and is coordinating courses & discussions of current events.
