Estate Planning Basics

Linda Amato of Amato Law, PLLC has created a video of Estate Planning Basics, that we think is important to share with our members.  Linda Amato has done presentations on this topic for Good Neighbors of Park Slope, and we feel that now, especially, is a good time to consider your documents and understand what needs to be done and why.

Linda will be available Thursday January 21 from 3:00 - 4:00 to answer our questions.

Please watch the video, and submit your questions in writing: either at the time of registration or you can send to andi.gnps@gmail.com at anytime up until the event.

Please understand that whether it is a Q & A via Zoom or in-person seminars the purpose of these presentations are to educate so that the invitees can learn why estate planning is so important, the risk of what can happen if you don’t take care of it during your lifetime and options that can be crafted by an attorney to address their concerns.  It is never conducted as a “substitute” for seeking at least a consultation with an estate planning attorney.
