True Care Presentation on Home Care

"An Introduction to Home Care."

Grace Townley-Lott of True Care Home Care will give a general introduction to home care services, including how to find a home care agency, what to expect, the types of services provided by home care, and ideas on introducing care to someone who may not feel like they need it. 


Grace Townley-Lott received her master's in social work with a focus on aging. For over a decade, she has worked with older adults in long-term care facilities (from independent living to nursing home care), non-profit Alzheimer's agencies, and now in home care. She's especially passionate about working with those who have memory loss. At True Care Home Care, she runs the True Bridge Memory Program and helps clients who want to sign on to True Care services.
