Morning Meditation with Valerie In these sessions Valerie will guide you in mindfulness meditation practices that support us in being present in the moment of our lives with curiosity, calm and focus while we deepen compassion for self and others. Restoring our body, mind and spirit as we discover greater equanimity. Bio – Valerie Striar Valerie has cultivated a long time practice of Mindfulness Meditation and is a certified mindfulness instructor with the Inner Strength Foundation and Inward Bound Mindfulness Education for Teens. Valerie has completed trainings with Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, the 8week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, Compassion Cultivation Training and others. Valerie is a Master Practitioner, facilitator and advisor with Narrative 4, an international organization that brings students and all ages together in story exchanges to foster empathy, understanding and connection. Valerie is also a performing artist of dance and theater.
