NYC Department for the Aging and
Good Neighbors of Park Slope
to offer this virtual presentation on Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Join William Robert James Lamson, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychology at Westchester Behavioral Health Center and Weill Cornell Medicine, for a discussion on symptoms and treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
This presentation will also go over coping mechanisms and techniques to reduce vulnerability factors.
This talk is geared toward older adults who are interested in learning more about the impact of the change in seasons on mental health.
 
This event is free and open to the public.
