Join William Robert James Lamson, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychology at Westchester Behavioral Health Center and Weill Cornell Medicine, for a discussion on symptoms and treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). This presentation will also go over coping mechanisms and techniques to reduce vulnerability factors.
