Guest Speaker: Salvatore L. Deliteris was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He received his MBA from Saint Joseph College in Brooklyn and has been a part of the SCI family since 2000. In addition to being the manager of Joseph G. Duffy Funeral Home in Park Slope, Mr. Deliteris is an instructor at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Services. In 2013, Mr. Deliteris was invested as a Knight in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, a Papal honor charged with the mission of supporting charitable works and promoting the Christian Faith in the Holy Land. In 2016, Mr. Deliteris received a promotion within the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre to the rank of Knight Commander, in recognition of his faithfulness and commitment to his responsibilities within the Order. Mr. Deliteris remains a huge support to the religious institutions within his community in continuously providing guidance and direction to those persons preparing funeral services and liturgies for family members and friends.
