Dmitry Sidanov, Director Your Choice at Home (Certified Home Health Care)

Dmitry Sidanov graduated from CUNY with a BS in nursing in 1997. He completed his Master's in  Nursing at Rutgers in 2000.  Dmitry worked as a staff nurse at Bellevue Medical Center(Med/Surg unit) and the  Jewish Home and Hospital.  He was promoted to Nursing Supervisor in 2000. In 2001 Dmitry became the Nurse Coordinator in the Home Care Division of the Jewish Home and Hospital where he worked for 5 years. He was promoted to become the first Director of Patient Services of the Bronx Program and then to  Director of Patient Services of both the Bronx and Manhattan Home Care Divisions with a total census of over 1000 patients. Simultaneously, he was overseeing the Geriatric Care Management Program. In 20013 he came to Cobble Hill LifeCare's Your Choice at Home as the Administrator

Donny Tuchman, Cobble Hill LifeCare  CEO

Donny started in long-term care by running a volunteer program in the Bronx.  After hearing about the innovative programming and creative approaches to elder care at Cobble Hill Health Center he interviewed for the job of Associate Administrator.  In 2012, he was appointed Administrator.

Several years ago, Donny was tapped to head Cobble Hill LifeCare, a healthcare organization that serves elderly and disabled adults through the nursing home, Cobble Hill Health Center, and Your Choice at Home, a certified home healthcare organization. 

Today, Donny supervises and heads a staff of over 500, a responsibility he takes seriously but relishes deeply. “The happiness and job satisfaction of our staff is key to our patients receiving the best care possible. That’s why I am focused on ensuring that each staff member feels respected and valued.”
