Wear comfortable clothing for movement: sweats, dance wear, loose clothing. Nia is usually done barefoot, but clean sneakers may be worn. Bring water to stay hydrated.

Through Gentle Movement We Find Health
This class incorporates movements from Alexander, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong;
Increases Strength, Balance, Mobility and Stability;
We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, exercise balls and chairs(for those not comfortable with getting up and down from the floor;)
Good for all fitness levels.
