Gentle Movement - 11:00 am
This class incorporates movements from Yoga, Feldenkrais, Alexandar, and Tai-Chi into a one hour class that will increase Strength, Balance, Agility, Mobility and Stability
. The class is set to meditative music
Classes meet Fridays 11am-12pm

You must register for each class you can attend, due to small class size.
Wear comfortable clothing for movement: sweats, dance wear, loose clothing. Nia is usually done barefoot, but clean sneakers may be worn. Bring water to stay hydrated.
