Trusts and Estates attorney, Jill H. Teitel, Esq., will give our group a presentation about topics that are important and necessary to consider:  revising or making our Wills and Trusts and the differences between them, what will happen if we need Medicaid services and how can we plan for this, and health care directives such as health care proxies and living wills.
