This group is full Only regular members of this group can attend Zoom Mindful Meditation Afternoon Meditation Group to meet weekly Small group meditation led by GNPS member Linda Nagel, sharing her knowledge of mediation techniques.
Mindfulness meditation can help us relate more openly and calmly with the inner and outer challenges and opportunities in our lives. Each session will begin with a brief check-in, followed by a reading about meditation, mindfulness, or Buddhism. We will meditate for 20-30 minutes, with some guidance, followed by a brief discussion and wrap-up.
